I was trying to place my order in a hurry, and of course that’s when the checkout decided to act up. The page kept loading super slowly, my payment wouldn’t go through, and I had to re-enter things more than once. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up. Really frustrating, especially because checkout should be the easy part

I’ll admit I’m picky about my books arriving in good shape, but this was frustrating. They came in a flimsy thin box with no padding at all, so of course the corners were bent, and one of the covers even had a tear. Maybe some people wouldn’t care, but I do, and the packaging really ruined the experience for me

I expected the discount to make more of a difference, but something felt off. The price barely changed, and I still ended up paying almost the regular amount. Didn’t really feel like much of a deal.

I returned my order already, but the refund still hasn’t shown up. I’ve contacted support a few times and they just keep pushing it off or telling me to wait. why is this so complicated? It should be a simple process...

It just felt too cramped inside. I kept feeling like there wasn’t much room to relax, and the noise made it hard to enjoy being there. I don’t know… the whole place also came across a bit dull and messy, so it wasn’t really the experience I was hoping for

The prices are good, and you can definitely find a few gems if you’re willing to dig around. But i got a little impatient because a lot of the books I was looking for either weren’t there or were only available as older editions. It’s still worth popping in once in a while, just don’t go in expecting to find everything...

I do like the book prices, and that’s what keeps me trying to use the site, but the browsing experience is frustrating. Pages load slowly for me, and the search results sometimes feel completely off from what I actually typed.
The filters are probably the most annoying part. I’ll try sorting by price or narrowing things down by category, and then the page jumps around or resets like I didn’t just choose anything. Even the cart took longer than it should to update, which makes the whole process feel clunky.
It’s still usable if you really want the books, but it shouldn’t feel this tiring just to shop. I hope they actually take responsibility for fixing the site instead of leaving customers to deal with the same glitches over and over

I signed up for the membership because I thought there’d be more to it, but so far it’s been kind of underwhelming. Maybe I missed something, but the discounts don’t seem that different from the regular promos they already run, and the points take forever to add up. The site itself is fine, I just expected a little more if you’re a member.

I do like the prices here, and I’ve found a few decent deals, but a lot of the books I’m looking for just never seem to be available. I’ve added some to my wishlist and checked back a few times, and it’s still the same, at least for the ones I keep trying to get. The site itself is fine to use, but the stock situation gets frustrating after a while

I really like the selection of books, the prices on the site can be great. I found a few cheap books I was excited about, but once I got to checkout, the shipping was almost as much as the books themselves. It kind of took the fun out of finding a good deal. I’d still order again if I was buying a bigger batch at once, but for just a small order, it doesn’t feel as worth it. A little disappointing because I genuinely wanted to love it more.

My order showed up and most of the books were right, but whoever packed it clearly mixed up one of the titles. A little annoying since I was looking forward to that one specifically. Support did sort it out later, so it wasn’t a huge disaster, but the mistake definitely shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I reached out to customer service and then just heard nothing back for days. It was so frustrating having to keep checking and waiting around like that. Total waste of energy for something that should’ve been simple.

I ordered a few books and they came in good shape overall. Most of them looked really nice. One had a little dent on the corner and some dust on the cover, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal or anything. The pages were clean, no real damage that I noticed. For the price, I’m happy enough... just, yeah, the packaging could’ve been a bit better.

Most of the books I’ve looked at are cheaper than what I’ve seen on other sites, which is always a plus. A few titles are still a little more expensive than I’d expect, but overall I’m happy with the prices and would keep checking here first

Checkout wasnt too bad, but I do wish they had a few more payment options. My card went through fine, it just took a little longer than I expected. Overall, it was okay, nothing amazing but not a big problem either.
